All services in this section (house staff, concierge and the heated pool) are paid on site and are separate from the rate.

- Heated pool: extra cost, depends on the number of days of the stay.

- Carlos Eduardo, operation and maintenance: COP 100,000 per day.

- Kitchen and cleaning: COP 100,000 to 200,000.

- 24/7 security, housekeeping, butler service, transportation and traditional Colombian meals, available on request and charged separately.

Carlos Eduardo, our concierge, will provide personalized assistance and coordinate any additional services guests may need. Additionally, the housekeeping staff will ensure that everything remains in perfect condition for a worry-free experience.
