A Caribbean pause for a small group. Gaviotas is a one-bedroom duplex apartment for up to 4 guests at South End Villas, in southern San Andrés. A smaller space to enjoy the sea view, rest in the hammock and spend your days between the beach and the complex's gardens.
The apartment- One bedroom with 2 single beds.- A double sofa bed in the living room, separate from the bedroom.- 1 bathroom, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.- Equipped kitchen, TV, and a shared washer and dryer in the complex.- Hammock, sea views and garden views.- Access to the complex's shared pool, gardens and parking.
Separate chargeCleaning: COP 200,000 per stay, charged once.
Good to know- Check-in: 3:00 pm. Check-out: 12:00 noon.- Children and pets are welcome.- Events are not allowed.- Smoking is allowed only on the balcony and outdoors.

A small beach is right in front of the complex. Los Charquitos is about a 5-minute walk away; San Luis is about 7 minutes by bus, and downtown about 25 minutes by bus. Explore the reefs, take a boat trip, or stay in and rest with the Caribbean breeze.

Guests will have full access to all common areas of the residential complex, including the pool, play area, gardens, BBQ area, and private parking. The property is designed to provide maximum comfort, ensuring a peaceful and secure environment for relaxation.

Please note that the third bedroom features a sofa bed located in the living room, making it ideal for additional guests. Additionally, the complex has 24/7 private security, ensuring a worry-free stay.

Interaction with guests will be warm and personalized, ensuring that their South End Villas experience is exceptional. I will be available for any questions or needs during the stay, while the residential complex team will assist with cleaning, security, and maintenance of common areas.
