Single beds, a Caribbean breeze and time to rest. Palmeras is a two-bedroom apartment for up to 5 guests at South End Villas. Its single beds suit friends or families who prefer separate beds, with sea views and a garden setting in southern San Andrés.
The apartment- Two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds.- A single sofa bed in the living room, not a third bedroom.- 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.- Equipped kitchen, TV, and a shared washer and dryer in the complex.- Sea and beach views.- Access to the complex's shared pool, gardens and parking.

A small beach is right in front of the complex. Walk about 5 minutes to Los Charquitos, or take the bus to San Luis, about 7 minutes away, and downtown, about 25 minutes away. Balance days by the sea and on the reefs with afternoons by the pool and rest among the coconut palms.

Guests will have full access to all common areas of the residential complex, including the pool, play area, gardens, BBQ area, and private parking. The property is designed to provide maximum comfort, ensuring a peaceful and secure environment for relaxation.

Please note that the third bedroom features a sofa bed located in the living room, making it ideal for additional guests. Additionally, the complex has 24/7 private security, ensuring a worry-free stay.

Interaction with guests will be warm and personalized, ensuring that their South End Villas experience is exceptional. I will be available for any questions or needs during the stay, while the residential complex team will assist with cleaning, security, and maintenance of common areas.
